Customer Responsibility for Design Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their digital stole draft in full before production. This includes verifying all text, spelling, colors, fonts, images, logos, sizing, placement, and overall design elements.

Approval of Digital Draft
Production will begin only after the customer approves the digital mock-up. The final product will be created exactly as shown in the approved draft. By providing approval, the customer confirms that all details are correct.

Payment as Approval
Submitting payment is considered full confirmation that the customer has reviewed, verified, and approved the final design. Payment serves as authorization to proceed, even if written approval is not separately provided.

Customer Liability for Errors
Because production follows the customer-approved design, any errors in the digital draft are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes mistakes in spelling, colors, images, or any other design components.

Fees for Corrections After Approval
If corrections, redesigns, or remakes are requested after approval or payment, additional fees may apply. These fees cover extra materials, labor, and extended production time.

No Refunds for Custom Orders
All stoles are custom-made. Once approval or payment is received, orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the final product does not match the approved design.

Customer Agreement
By approving the draft and/or submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
